Needed this! Sometimes I look in the mirror and wonder how I let fear, doubt and anxiety rob me of my self confidence. Itβs a daily process to rewire my brain and undo words that God never spoke over me. I agree with you wholeheartedly! Show up messy, we may not have it all figured out. But truthfully, no one does! Embrace fear and failure because on the other side of it is strength you never knew you had in you.
This spoke to me so deeply. Rewiring the mind and unlearning the lies we were never meant to carry takes daily courage. You are so right. No one has it all figured out and still we show up.
Thank you for this powerful reflection. There is so much strength in your words.
Never stop speaking out, and standing up, for yourself, and all
who canβt despite qualifications.
We women know that coercive control is real, even more so now in our increasingly unsettled times with Andrew Tate and all these other paedophiles and rapists having huggge attention.
Thank you for this powerful reminder. It is exhausting to keep speaking up in a world that rewards the loudest, not always the most qualified or the most honest. But we keep going. Not because it is easy, but because silence has never served us.
Sending love to every woman who is tired but still standing.
Same! This is just what I needed to hear today! And the note ideaπ thank you so so much Sara π
So glad it landed at the right moment for you
That little note to self can be such a powerful shift
Thank you for reading and receiving it with so much heart

"Then keep it somewhere visible
Because when the world starts to doubt
you again I want you to remember."
Beautiful and encouraging words to love yourself. Always. β€οΈ
Thank you so much for this
It means a lot to know those words stayed with you
We all need those gentle reminders to love ourselves through the noise
Speak truth to power.
